The Pink Floyd reunion wheel is spinning again — Founder, Roger Waters says the main obstacle to a Floyd reunion is guitarist David Gilmour. In an interview with Britain’s The Word magazine, when asked about the prospect of a reunion, Waters was quoted as saying “The answer is… not up to me. The answer is: I’d be very happy to do it but it’s sort of up to Dave, I guess.” On his relationship with Gilmour, Waters says “…we don’t speak to each other in a very cordial way! I feel no enmity at all…”

In an interview with BBC 6 Music, Gilmour suggested that the band may get together again, even if for another one-off similar to the 2005 Live 8 performance: “Who knows? Who knows the future? I haven’t absolutely said ‘no’ to the possibility but I think that in reality any sort of long-term thing together is not going to happen…We did the one-off thing and that was probably enough for me but we shall see.”
